At Legendary Rugby Brand, we strive to deliver top-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our updated return policy below:

Accepted Returns:

We only accept returns for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective.

• Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

If you experience any issues with your order, please send a Problem Report (email subject) to lgndryrugby@gmail.com along with relevant photos and order details. Do not ship your order back to us before sending us an email and before the acceptance of it on our end.

Sizing & Fit:

Due to the nature of our sizing guidance, we do not accept returns based on sizing issues. Each product page includes:

• A clear recommendation to order one size up, as our hoodies run small.
• A size guide with measurements, which we advise comparing with a similar item you own.

Customers are responsible for checking sizing before purchase.

Return Process & Conditions:

• The default return address is our facility. Once a returned item is received, you will receive an email notification.
• Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 28 days.

Wrong Address:

• If you provide an insufficient or incorrect address and the shipment is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment after providing a corrected address.

Unclaimed Shipments:

• Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will also require payment for reshipment.

Right to Refuse:

Legendary Rugby Brand reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion, including cases where:

• Items were returned without prior communication or approval.
• Claims fall outside the outlined policy.

Governing Law:

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for convenience.
