LEGENDARY GIVEAWAY RULES
CLAUSE 1.- MODE OF PARTICIPATION
Participants will be able to participate on January 14, 2025 from the moment the post of the giveaway is published until January 17 at 23.59 (WET).
Whoever wishes to participate must:
Be over 18 years old (or over 14 if they have explicit authorization from their legal guardians).
Have a personal profile (not brand, business or similar) on Instagram. Follow the Legendary Rugby Brand brand profile on Instagram: @legendaryrugbybrand
Share the giveaway reel of @legendaryrugbybrand on your personal profile tagging the brand.
Tag two different profiles in one comment, on the giveaway reel of @legendaryrugbybrand
Accept that LEGENDARY RUGBY BRAND® employees and first-degree relatives are not eligible as prize winners.
Participation in the giveaway implies that the participant meets the established requirements and respects and complies with the conditions of the giveaway, including those specific to the prize (see clause 2).
Instagram or Facebook do not sponsor, endorse, or administer, in any way, this giveway and are not associated with it.
CLAUSE 2.- PRIZES
The following prizes will be raffled.
• 100x 10€ Gift Cards. Making a total of 1000€ in Gift Cards. Only valid for the Legendary Rugby Brand online store until 28/02/2025.
• 1 of 1 Gilbert® x Legendary® rugby ball.
• 1 Legendary Rugby hoodie.
• 1 Legendary Rugby t-shirt.
Each of them will be raffled between everyone that participates the giveaway.
RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED. ONCE A SIZE IS CHOSEN IT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
Hoodies and t-shirts prizes are not exempt of shipping costs.
CLAUSE 3.- DRAW
The Drawing will be held on Jan 17, 2024 at 23:30 using a random selection method. Winners will be informed via Instagram direct message.
CLAUSE 4.- PRIZE DELIVERY
The winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must reply accepting the prize and the information required (including proof of age if necessary). In the event that any winner does not reply within 48 hours, or expressly declines the prize for any reason, their prize will be forfeited.
Once the prize has been accepted, each winner will receive another private message via email explaining how to proceed with the delivery of the prize.
CLAUSE 5.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY
1. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. LEGENDARY RUGBY BRAND reserves the right to modify the rules of the draw, partially or totally at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void if any irregularity is detected. Once any modification has been made, it will be duly made known to the participants on LEGENDARY RUGBY BRAND's Instagram profile.
3. LEGENDARY RUGBY BRAND reserves the right to exclude from participation in the draw all those participants who, it deems, are in breach of any condition of participation included in these Rules. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from its status as such.
4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant in the sweepstakes.
5. LEGENDARY RUGBY BRAND is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that would prevent their identification.
